    Redirect your energy to something positive and find your purpose. Spend today trying to reduce the risk of reoccurrence - take action.

  3. Build a support group

    Open up to those who have our best interests at heart, and renew your confidence.

  4. Create a new version of yourself.

    Do something that always piqued your interest. Find new passions, be spontaneous.

  5. Accept change

    From your appearance to your lifestyle, change is inevitable. If alcohol and processed foods were part of your diet before, substitute them with healthy food choices. Cherish and nourish your body.

  6. Live intentionally

    Focus on joy and choose what path will bring the greatest happiness to you. The unpredictability of the future is hard, do not fall into despair. Combine realism and optimism.

  7. Find peace during your recovery.

    Cancer is emotionally draining, and the journey to recovery may be difficult. Only take what you can carry. Find your grounders- support and empathetic guidance, expertise, a safe place to share.

  8. Tap into the power of your people

    It’s reassuring and validating to surround yourself with people who have shared experiences.

  9. Optimize your health

    Quality sleep, energy, mood, ideal weight. Acknowledge emotions and then move forward with gratitude. Be mindful of how you show up for yourself.

  10. Take accountability.

    Start monitoring things like chronic inflammation, increased cortisol, and sugar intake.
